You can sign up to our Knowledgebase to review your support ticket history as well as Follow particular areas of the Knowledgebase so that you can receive updates when any new content is published. Our video below will show you how:

The cost of phone and email support is included in your Gentu subscription fee. Our support line is attended from 7:30am to 7:00pm AEST Monday through Friday, though availability does vary during public holidays.
Sometimes it's helps to have someone teaching you all of the wonderful things that Gentu can do. To that end our friendly team of training staff are able to provide dedicated one-on-one training sessions. These sessions can be organised by completing our training request form so that one of our team can contact you and arrange a suitable time to help.
